Products & sourcing
We are a plant dealer: plants are sourced from trusted local nurseries and hand-selected for each order. Photos on product pages are representative of the species and size offered; living plants naturally vary in shape, fullness and color. All products are subject to availability — if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with a substitute option or a full refund.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you see at checkout — including any applicable delivery fee shown for your ZIP code — is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of order.
Delivery
Local delivery is available within the ZIP codes listed at checkout; delivery fees are shown before you pay. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone can receive or direct the placement of items. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including our plant health guarantee and the terms for non-plant items.
Landscaping services
Estimates provided through this site are free and non-binding until a written scope of work is agreed. Scheduled work may be affected by weather; we will communicate any changes promptly. You are responsible for marking or disclosing underground utilities, irrigation lines, and property boundaries before work begins.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site — including text, photos and logos — belongs to On Time Landscaping LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Time Landscaping LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
