2. Our Process — How We Source Plants

On Time Landscaping LLC operates as a plant dealer, not a traditional retail nursery.
All plants listed on our website are sourced fresh from local New Jersey nurseries at the time your order is placed. This ensures you receive healthy, high-quality plants that have been recently selected and inspected.

Because we source on demand, there may be minor variations in size, shape, or color compared to product photos. All plants are carefully matched to your selection and chosen based on availability and quality at the time of purchase.

3. Products and Availability

All items on our website are subject to availability and seasonal conditions.
If a specific plant or variety becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable option of equal or greater value. You will always receive the best quality available from our network of trusted local suppliers.

We strive to ensure product listings and pricing are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors or update listings as needed.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase through our secure online checkout. Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery throughout select New Jersey areas.

  • Free delivery is provided for orders of $50 or more within our standard service zone.

  • Orders under $50 may include a delivery fee, displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes depend on plant availability and sourcing schedule, as most plants are purchased fresh after order confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. On Time Landscaping LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, gated entries, or inaccessible locations.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Plants must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, healthy condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Custom-made concrete planters and completed landscaping services are non-refundable once delivered or performed.

7. Landscaping Services

By booking a landscaping service or estimate, you agree to provide accurate property information and safe access for our team.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

  • Payment terms for landscaping work will be specified in your written agreement or invoice.

  • On Time Landscaping LLC is not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities, or conditions beyond our control.

8. Warranties and Liabilities

All plants are sold as living products and come with no extended warranty beyond what is stated in our Plant Health Guarantee.
Once delivered, proper care, watering, and placement are the customer’s responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Time Landscaping LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or condition of our products or services.
